Find a home to rent

Start with our current rental listings. Availability, advertised rent and viewing arrangements can change, so use the individual property listing for the latest details.

1. Check the advertised rent, bond, availability date and property features. Ask about anything that matters to your household before applying.
2. Use Request an Inspection where it is offered, and follow the booking instructions for that property.
3. Use Apply for This Property on the property listing when you are ready. A general website enquiry is not a tenancy application.

Before you start a tenancy

View the property, ask questions and read the proposed tenancy agreement before signing. Check what is included, who to contact for repairs and how rent will be paid. Keep a copy of the agreement and the initial property inspection record.

Already renting through Ray White Marshland?

For questions about your tenancy, contact the property manager named in your agreement. Give the property address and a clear description of the issue. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 111.
