SuperGold commission discount at Ray White Marshland

Ray White New Zealand publishes a 10% commission discount for eligible SuperGold cardholders who list and sell a residential property through Ray White. If you are considering a sale with our Marshland office, tell us that you hold a SuperGold card before you sign the agency agreement so the offer can be discussed and recorded in the agreement.

What to check before you list

• A SuperGold cardholder must be one of the property owners.
• The discount is 10% of the gross normal standard commission applied by the agency, at the time of sale.
• You must request it before signing the agency agreement, and it must be noted in that signed agreement.
• It cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.
