11 Forth Street RICHMOND, Christchurch City

A three bedroom house either for a prospective home owner or astute investor. Current owners want sold as they have a new project in mind. Only meters from Richmond Shopping Village and in zone for both Avonside Girls', Shirley Boys' and club activities. Very tidy presentation with heaps of potential to add your own creative touches. Fenced sunny grounds, tidy but would benefit from landscaping well worth viewing!
