435 Marine Parade New Brighton, Christchurch City

435 Marine Parades top story is spacious enough for everyone to be entertained and with views over the sand dunes the whole family will be loving it on top.

Standing prominently on Marine Parade with a NE aspect this home is an eye grabber and has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Dad and the kids sit back and relax in the large open plan living area or out in the fully fenced back yard while Mum is cooking up a storm in the kitchen, with views over the sand dunes and enough bench space for a small army, she just won't want to leave!

After dinner if mum does want to leave, let her go or take the whole family including Ralph the dog for a walk through the sand dunes and along the beach. If your making the most of the summery weather on offer you'd be silly not to jump in for a dip or quick surf.

Right and back to the house we go; kids, one of you in the shower and another in the separate bath while dad jumps in the ensuite off the master bedroom, meaning there is ample space to accommodate guests, occasional family drop in or room for the growing family.

The open plan living area opens out into the sunroom, which flows onto the patio, open the home up so you can enjoy the breezes on a summer night and loads of natural light. Coupled with the views are some of the reasons you'll be living the life you love.

If you love living the life on top call Kieren today, it won't be around for long.

Deadline Sale - All offers by 4pm on 1st October 2013 (unless sold prior).
