Kaiapoi Waimakariri District 7630

Due to other commitments taking more of their time the owners have decided rather than develop their business further with longer hours and introduction of new products they will offer their business for sale to someone with more time and energy.
The business is located in a block of shops on the main street of Kaiapoi with good parking in an area where the commercial area has grown. It is very close to the over 50's Rivertown Villas as well as the new retirement cottages and other residential properties. Also there are schools and preschools nearby.
Kaiapoi is a town that has had considerable growth over the past 3 years and as well as an increase in population there are new cafes and restaurants opening offering a good customer base.
