As a Personal Assistant, Nicole brings exceptional organisational skills and plays a pivotal role in supporting her son, Nathan Roach, throughout every stage of the real estate process. Working closely alongside Nathan, she oversees the listing and sales journey from start to finish, ensuring each transaction is managed efficiently and seamlessly.

Originally from the Waikato, Nicole was raised on a dairy farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for dedication and perseverance. Over the past 15 years, she and her son have built a successful business from the ground up, creating valuable connections with people across the country and gaining extensive experience in managing client relationships.

As an active property investor with investment properties across Northland, Nicole has a firsthand understanding of the commitment involved in buying, selling, and managing property. Currently in the process of becoming licensed, she has a genuine appreciation for the complexities of real estate and the importance of delivering outstanding service.
